- To participate in BIG Treasure Hunt Contest, (the "Contest"), you must be an Indian National having valid proof of your respective identity and address and you should be over 18 years of age.
- The Contest will run from the 18th September 2009 till the 17th October 2009 i.e. for a total duration of one (1) month ("Contest Period"). The Contest shall be conducted in 6 metros namely, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad.
- The RJ hosting the show would inform listeners to visit our website on www.big927fm.com to participate in the Contest by answering three (3) questions on the website.
- The procedure for entering into the Contest is as follows:
- User will enter www.big927fm.com and after clicking on the contest banner in the home page, will be redirected to the contest page.
- A short description about the contest will be shown in the contest page.
- Question 1 will be displayed in the contest page with the clue to find the BIG 92.7 FM jingle.
- After finding out the answer for the Question 1, the user can submit the answer in the 'Answer panel' appearing on the same page.
- On receipt of the answer for the Question 1, the 'Answer panel' will ask the 2nd question.
- 'Answer panel' will be carried through out the site during the course of user navigating to the different sections to find out the answers.
- On submission of the third answer the user will be redirected to the contest page again to fill out basic details of the user (Name, City, Email id) will be collected in the contest page.
- Message- 'Thanks for participating in the contest. Winners will be announced shortly' will be displayed at the end of all these processes.
- The participants giving all 3 correct answers on the website will be eligible to enter into the draw for the Prizes as specified below at point 7. The Winners will be selected on a random mechanism as determined by the BIG 92.7 FM's representatives for the Prizes specified therein.
- The result of the Contest shall be announced as follows:
- For Daily Prizes, the Winners would be announced the following day after the Contest starts i.e. the Winners from the participants of September 18th, 2009 shall be announced on the website and on-air on the following day which is September 19th, 2009. This is applicable for Daily Prizes till the Contest Period ends on October 17th, 2009.
- For Weekly Prizes, the Winners would be announced on every Friday after each week ends. This shall start from the Contest start date on September 18th, 2009 until the Contest end date on the October 17th, 2009.
- For Mega Prizes, the Winners would be announced on the October 19th, 2009.
The decision of BIG 92.7 FM in this regard will be final and binding upon one and all.

- Since the value of the Mega Prize is above Rs. 5,000/-, the Winner would be liable to pay the Tax Deducted at Source ("TDS") as per the provision of the Income Tax Act. The Winner will have to deposit the appropriate TDS amount with BIG 92.7 FM and in turn BIG 92.7 FM would issue a letter to the Winner saying that the said amount has been deposited towards payment of TDS to the government. Thereafter BIG 92.7 FM would issue TDS certificate at the end of the financial year to the Winner. Only after the Winner complies with this procedure will the Prize be delivered to the Winner. In case any Winner fails to pay the TDS amount within a reasonable time which may be taken as one week from the date of announcement of the result, he/she shall automatically forfeit the Prize and BIG 92.7 FM shall be entitled to give away the said Prize to any other Winner as determined by BIG 92.7 FM at their sole discretion.
- No participant substitution is permitted. Winner shall be required to verify his/her identity.
- The Prize would have to be collected by the Winner of the individual category from the respective station office BIG 92.7 FM from their respective Metro cities which are Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad upon furnishing identity proof of the Winner.
- The Winner would have to come and claim the Prize on the given date along with presentation of relevant identity and age proof as announced by the RJ. If the Winner fails to come on the said announced date then the Winner would forfeit the Prize and the same shall be awarded to a new Winner which will be alternatively selected. This process would be at the sole discretion of BIG 92.7 FM.
- The Winner will also have to produce his/ her proof of identity prior to taking the Prizes/ letter from the BIG 92.7 FM office and also sign the terms and conditions document which would be given to him/ her.
- Permanent and/or contract employees and/or contractors and/or suppliers and /or vendors of Reliance Media World Limited (Including its subsidiaries and related companies) and their immediate family members and representatives and/or agents (including advertising and promotion agents) of Reliance Media World Limited and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest. In the event that a Prize is won by a person who: a) is not eligible to be a participant in the Contest; and / or b) has committed or is suspected of committing any fraudulent or wrongful acts in relation to the Contest, Reliance Media World Limited reserves the right to disqualify such person(s) from participating in the Contest and/or from winning any of the Prizes. Reliance Media World Limited has the right to reject any participant's entry at its sole and absolute discretion.
- Before handing over the Prize to Winner, the following will be done: 1. Verification of the person's identity for which they must carry with them: proof of identity and proof of residence. The following would be treated as proof of identity and proof of residence respectively:
A. Proof of identity (any ONE of the following)

- Valid PAN card
- Valid Driving license
- Credit card with Photograph
- Any other photo identity card issued by the government or a statutory authority
B. Proof of residence (any ONE of the following)

- Bank statement
- Employer's certificate
This copy of the legal Terms and Conditions of the contest should be signed by the Winner and a duly notarized copy of the Winner's proof of identity and proof of residence shall be attached to the same and submitted to Reliance Media World Limited.
- BIG 92.7 FM/ Reliance Media World Limited decision on all matters relating to the Contest will be final and binding on all participants and no further correspondence or attempts to dispute the Contest decisions will be entertained.
- By participating in the Contest, the participant grants to BIG 92.7 FM/ Reliance Media World Limited the right to publish his/her name, likeness, photo, voice for the purpose of contest promotions, Winner announcements or publicly displaying for purpose of user voting (if any) . Reliance Media World Limited is also absolved of any third party claim on the intellectual property regarding the entry. Reliance Media World Limited shall not be obligated to compensate the participant in any way for such publicity.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Reliance Media World Limited or any of its officers, servants, employees, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third party service providers that Reliance Media World Limited may engage for purposes of the Contest), be liable for any loss or damages (including without limitation loss of income, profits or goodwill, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive or special damages of any party including third parties) howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with the Contest and/or the Prizes, even if Reliance Media World Limited has been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, and all such damages are expressly excluded. The participant shall indemnify, defend, and hold Reliance Media World Limited, harmless from any third party claims arising from or related to his/her participation in the Contest. In no event shall Reliance Media World Limited be liable to the participant for acts or omissions arising out of or related to the Contest or participation in the Contest.
- BIG 92.7 FM/ Reliance Media World Limited shall not be liable for any default in respect of the Contest due to any Force Majeure act of God, war, riot, strike, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, terrorist strike, civil unrest, epidemic, pandemic, storm or any event beyond the reasonable control of BIG 92.7 FM/ Reliance Media World Limited.
- BIG 92.7 FM/ Reliance Media World Limited reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. These Terms and Conditions may be modified, added to, deleted or varied by BIG 92.7 FM/ Reliance Media World Limited by way of posting on their website, or in any other manner deemed suitable by Reliance Media World Limited. The Participants agree to access the Website at regular intervals of time to view these Terms and Conditions and to ensure that they are kept up-to-date with any changes or variations to these Terms and Conditions. The participants agree that participation in the Contest shall constitute their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (as modified and varied from time to time). These Terms and Conditions prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any brochure or other promotional materials advertising the Contest.
- BIG 92.7 FM/ Reliance Media World Limited reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest with or without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by BIG 92.7 FM/ Reliance Media World Limited of the Contest shall not entitle the participants to any claim or compensation against BIG 92.7 FM/ Reliance Media World Limited for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the participants as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
- By participating in this Contest, the participants hereby expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the decisions in the Contest and the participants hereby give their consent to and authorize BIG 92.7 FM/ Reliance Media World Limited to disclose their particulars to any third party service providers engaged by Reliance Media World Limited for the purposes of the Contest.
- In the event a dispute arises, the parties shall refer the dispute for resolution by binding arbitration which shall be held in Mumbai, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as may be amended from time to time. The Chief Operating Officer of BIG 92.7 FM/ Reliance Media World Limited shall be the sole arbitrator. Mumbai courts shall have exclusive Jurisdiction and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
- Any other expenses of any nature whatsoever which has not been expressly mentioned hereinabove shall be borne by the Winner.
- The Prize is not exchangeable for cash, credit or kind, in part or in full. Delivery of the Prize is subject to availability. No guarantees are made for the timeliness or delivery of the Prize. Reliance Media World Limited reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to substitute the Prize with other products of similar retail value without prior notice. Title in the Prize and any risk of loss or damage to the Prize passes to the Prize-Winners upon physical delivery of the Prize to the Prize-Winner. Reliance Media World Limited shall not be liable for or obliged to replace any defective, lost, damaged or stolen Prize where such defect, loss, damage or defect in respect of the Prize is due to the fault and/or negligence of the Prize-Winner. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reliance Media World Limited gives no representation or warranty with respect to the Prize provided under the Contest; in particular, Reliance Media World Limited gives no warranty with respect to the quality of the Prize or their suitability or fitness for any purpose. The participant is further bound by the terms and conditions mentioned on/ or attached with the Prize voucher. BIG 92.7 FM (Reliance Media World Limited ) will not be liable for anything that would arise as a consequence of the Winner winning the Prize including the consequence of any activity undertaken as a result of the Prize. The Winner is solely responsible to ensure his / her safety as also property. BIG 92.7 FM/ Reliance Media World Limited would not be responsible in any manner whatsoever in the regard.
